Transformative Touch Somatic Therapy sessions are a combination of bodywork and talk therapy that allows you to come home to yourself, listen to the wisdom within you, and learn how to move more freely and authentically in the world. During the session we'll spend some time sitting and talking, before transitioning to the massage table where you'll stay fully clothed as I use gentle touch and movement, paired with dialogue, to guide you through the exploration of your body and the plethora of information it wants you to know. Your body has been along for your whole journey and can tell the story of who you are and how you've been shaped by your experiences in a different language and through a different lens than that of the mind. By learning this language and listening to the messages of the body, a new relationship can be built with yourself which cultivates awareness in your day to day life. Awareness is a key ingredient in shifting from habit to choice so we can navigate the paths we are on more authentically. The foundation of this work brings safety and regulation to the nervous system so you can have space to heal. From this place, we can explore some of the uncharted waters of the vast landscape of who you are - Getting out of the mind and into the body! Stored emotions, traumas, and belief systems impact the body as well as the mind, often creating dis-ease ... Together we’ll learn how to navigate the felt sense of full bodied emotions so that feelings can be experienced and transformed. How we move in our lives and in our minds is reflected by how we move in our bodies - let’s listen to the body and restore movement so you can have more ease and freedom along your journey. Using Vibrational Medicine and the culmination of my learnings, I approach these sessions with curiosity. Prior to our work, I'll listen to you free share about the issue you'd like to address as well as connect with you interdimensionally in order to grasp the broadest understanding of what has led you to where you are. I will incorporate aspects of Vibrational Medicine along with Kafuta Energy Work and Collard Method techniques and theories to clear, reconstruct, and balance stagnant or confused energy, repair injuries, and restore a healthy flow within your system. As needed and as approved by your highest self; energetic cords may be cut, unwanted energies asked to leave, and new pathways of energetic connections constructed. Your journey will begin with a 90 minute Lightwork session during which I will decipher which crystals resonate best with your etheric body for the purposes of healing the issue that brought you to me. Often, some of these same crystals are used to create your crystal grid and essence which will be formulated and built shortly after your first session is complete. Ideally you will use your custom Crystal Essence daily for this journey as added support in the meaningful work you are doing for your soul. When you are ready to call in something new to your life, or are approaching a chapter that requires extra support, a sacredly set crystal grid and/or crystal essence blend can amplify your intentions. A crystal grid is a geometric pattern of energetically aligned stones charged by intention set in a sacred space for the purpose of manifesting a particular objective. They are energetic remedies that use the etheric imprint of crystals to address spiritual and emotional imbalances within us. This technique uses homeopathy's central theme of the theory of water memory. A Gem Elixir is the essence of the crystals vibrational frequency and wisdom. Stabilized with brandy 1:1 ratio. This can also be made with apple cider vinegar or sweet vegetable glycerin as the stabilizer in lieu of alcohol. The most traditional way to take a Crystal Essence blend is under the tongue. Just as little as 3-drops at a time 3x a day are needed.
